Work Flow Process

The pre-recruitment process includes understanding the client’s requirements in detail, as well as understanding the corporate culture that candidates need to be placed in. This process includes:

  1. Receipt of clients’ requisitions and their analysis.
  2. Clarification of the same and creation of the job requirements documents.
  3. Preparation of a recruitment plan and campaign.
  4. Allocation to operations.
  5. A collection of resumes from different sources has been placed.
  6. Pre-Screening of Resumes.
  7. Technical evaluation of the Resumes.
  8. Trade test and personality screening.
  9. Dispatch of technically screened resumes to the client.
  10. Receiving the interview schedule from the clients.

Selection Process: 

  1. Organizing interviews in our trade test center as per the interview schedule.
  2. Receiving the client’s offer document from the placement.
  3. Communications the client’s offer to the candidates & offer acceptance by the candidate.

Verification & Validation Process:

  1. Arranging medical checkups.
  2. Collecting original certificates for visa processing.
  3. Authentication of various certificates by the relevant ministries.
  4. Submission of documents for visa endorsement.
  5. Finalizing the date of deployment of candidates as per the client’s requirement.

Deployment Process:

  • Presentation, deployment, and induction procedure.
  • Organize tickets to the deployment destination in consultation with the candidate.
  • Departure of the candidate and reporting to the client.
  • Reports, feedback, and complaint handling poet deployment.
