Selection Process:
- Organizing interviews in our trade test center as per the interview schedule.
- Receiving the client’s offer document from the placement.
- Communications the client’s offer to the candidates & offer acceptance by the candidate.
Verification & Validation Process:
- Arranging medical checkups.
- Collecting original certificates for visa processing.
- Authentication of various certificates by the relevant ministries.
- Submission of documents for visa endorsement.
- Finalizing the date of deployment of candidates as per the client’s requirement.
Deployment Process:
- Presentation, deployment, and induction procedure.
- Organize tickets to the deployment destination in consultation with the candidate.
- Departure of the candidate and reporting to the client.
- Reports, feedback, and complaint handling poet deployment.
